She bemoans that she's only doing the gig for the money. That she's about to get evicted.

Drinking a beer and bitching that America sucks, she says, "Fuck America."

She goes on to chastise the crow, telling them that they don't know her and mentioning her scars / self-mutilation.

"This is so painful," she complains. "You wouldn't understand."

It's a three minute ran and it truly is painful!
