Jackson is reportedly said to be leaving her record label, Virgin, and signing with Island Def Jam, where her boyfriend, Jermaine Dupri, works.

Janet needs to not work with Jermaine again. She needs to not work with Jimmy Jam & again.

Her last album was a flop.

She needs some new blood. She needs some hits!
