Anna Nicole's Mom Wins Round 1!

In what is destined to be an epic paternity battle....

Virgie Arthur, the estranged mother of Anna Nicole Smith, has won an injunction against lawyer/enable Howard K. Stern.

Fearing for the safety of her granddaughter, Smith convinced a Bahamian judge on Tuesday to slap Stern with a court order preventing him from taking little Dannielynn out of the Caribbean country.

A spokesperson for Arthur says, "There's two common denominators in the deaths of her daughter and her grandchild - drugs and Howard K. Stern. She [Arthur] will do whatever she can to get this child away from the man [she blames] for two deaths. She is very, very fearful for the child's safety."

It's a good thing that baby can't speak yet...or else Howard K. Stern would be getting her to talk "exclusively" on camera to Entertainment Tonight!
